Summary

Add a TUI plugin entry that renders WakaTime status in OpenCode's sidebar.
Fetch and cache today's WakaTime status-bar data, including AI Coding and top project activity.
Document plugin-command installation for enabling both server and TUI targets.

Tests

npm run typecheck
npm run test:run
npm run build
npm run check (passes with existing warnings in src/index.ts)
npm pack --dry-run
